Soup Chicken

It's our annual soup chicken sale! These are small to very small chickens that are not suited for roasting and do not have a ton of meat on them. However, they are excellent for making broth or soup -- much better than plain chicken bones -- because they have all of the cartilage and connective tissue of a whole bird. Available in 2 sizes (all are relatively smaller compared to a regular chicken): small (2-2.5#) & medium (2.5-3.5#)
