Pure pork lard rendered from the fat of our pasture raised pigs. Pork lard is an extremely clean, high heat tolerant cooking fat and can be used for sautéing, roasting, baking, and more. Snow white and almost odorless, it is extremely shelf stable and will last a year or more in your refrigerator. Pastured pork lard is a great source of vitamins B6, B12, and B3. It is also extremely high in Vitamin D, which is difficult to get from food sources (but only if the pigs are raised in sunshine!).
"Nearly odorless" does not mean entirely odorless, but this lard will not make your house smell like bacon!
