Imperfect Chicken

Our "imperfect chickens" are discounted for a number of mild to moderate imperfections that may include torn skin, small bruises, broken or missing wing or leg from getting stuck in the plucker during processing, among other things. They are still perfectly fine to cook, and are great for making soup or throwing into the pressure cooker or slow cooker.
