20# Pork Variety Box

An awesome pork sampler box! 20# of our pasture raised pork for you to try. Most boxes include a roast (shoulder or loin), 1-2 packages of pork chops, plain ground pork, specialty sausage (breakfast, Italian, and/or chorizo), bratwurst (regular, mozzarella pineapple, and/or blueberry cheddar), cured ham hock, and bacon (regular, jowl, and/or cottage). There is variation depending on current availability. If you do not want something (i.e. no cured meats), just let us know!
